Anyone seen it yet? Just want to make sure I haven't missed it for some reason; seems it's usually here by now.

Have they quit selling those things in the book store? I haven't seen one in a while. I'm holding out for one of my grown children to buy me a subscription...Geo

the book stores/ around here have not carried it in years

BUT

there is one little small town grocery store near by that has a magazine rack- about 3 feet wide - and they carry it, keep meaning to ask the owner if that is a reflection of his personal interests

DGJ announced a while back that it would no longer be available on the rack; I do seem to see it here and there though, so I don't know how that works.

That's too bad because seeing DGJ on a rack and picking it up to thumb through is what got me started on this amazing double gun adventure years ago. It's sad that some other unsuspecting young guy won't get that chance......if that's correct. I did see it recently at B&N on the rack, so maybe there's hope.

Beginning with the Winter 2010 issue, the Double Gun Journal will no longer be available in Bookstores.
Due to the overwhelming internet activity we have decided to concentrate our focus on direct and internet sales only.
Thank you, Daniel & Joanna Cote, Publisher

This notice appeared a while back. However, as I said, I do seem to see it on a rack here and there so maybe it's possible to buy multiple copies for resale, etc.

Got mine today, too, Bobby.

My no. 1 son bought me a subscription for Father's Day several years ago, and just renews it each year. Very nice gift.

I still see them from time to time in the bigger book stores, like Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million.
