Bobby,
Is the lump very tight in the action slot and hard to pull the barrels to the rear with the forend off to dismount the barrels? If so, they may have been resoldered and as they are joined at the lumps, the solder may have flowed a little and the lumps are a little wider than originally. I cannot think of what else would cause this issue.

My CSMC Mod 21 has just been shipped to the factory for the second time because the bbls will not come off.

I would love to know why the bbls will not come off.
