Grilled pheasant breasts, big ol' skillet of homemade hash browns, fresh sweet corn on the cob. I suppose it could get better'n that, but not sure where.

In this day and age, if your food isn't pretty enough to have its picture taken and shared instantly with the world, every person under 40 will decide it's probably not worthy of further comment....

Pictures are nice, but the written word can conjure up a powerful appetite out of a description of good food. Try Nash Buckingham's description of mallard dinner at old Beaver Dam. There's a great description of a roast beef in English literature somewhere I can't presently recall that brought tears to my eyes when I first read it.
Shoot, FtoF's dinner description above made my mouth water. Could be I am overly vulnerable that way...Geo
