What is your opinion of the various goose calls out there. Which one do you consider the best for those big honkin Canadians?

I have been using my duck and goose calls made by Wild Sound Laboratory in St. Pettersburg Russia....by our late friend Gennadi Charcot.[Geno]...Nicely made of burl maple and mastradon ivory.....sound great too......

My calls are all old, like Skeets...Cant read the name on em anymore.pne is a Lohman I think...One was made by a Portagee named Vincente Lacost...buddy of my dads...I can scare geese away with any call you put in my hand...

If there are snows and blues in the area, I would consider taking along a cheap plastic snow call if the Canada's aren't responding to their call.

Old favorites with success on the West & East coasts, Olt 800, 77 and 05, and the other side of the atlantic 15 Pinkfoot Goose and 16 Greylag Goose calls.

Yes and no, now this is important, each person blows a call differently. So one call will not work for everyone. You just
have to get some and try them out to see what fits your calling style.

Some like wood, some acrylic, some old plastic. Some calls, some flutes, some ... well you get the picture
