Good morning:

Anyone have a good method for cleaning the interior of a vintage Browning Hartmann case?

I cleaned the outside with Ren-Wax. The interior has some dried residual gunk in some places and I am looking for safe way to remove it.

Back when I was collecting and selling Belgium A-5's I used lighter fluid to clean the white area of the cases.
Worked great.
