Guns International has two Model 21 trap guns (GI 100688680 and 100752043) for sale. One has a pistol grip and the other one has a straight grip. Both have ventilated ribs. The seller is Cheaper than Dirt and is listed out of Texas. Is this the same outfit that I have read disparaging remarks about? Cheaper than Dirt sells firearms, ammo, etc. and from what I have read they have a less than stellar reputation.

Michael Tinney, the owner and founder of Cheaper than Dirt, is one of the most generous and giving outdoor sportsman to ever trod the field.

He has one of the most AMAZING collections of fine guns extant....

Low key ,unassuming, self depreciating guy that I am proud to call a Friend.....I have bought, sold, and traded doubles with Michael going back 35 years.....

He has a young man in his organization liquidating some of his pieces, mostly duplicates of a similar item.

His word is good as gold, and he will send you a gun as described , and refund your money if it does not suit.

I won't give away one of his secrets ,BUT , if sportsmen knew what he did thru his charitable giving, in particular his efforts in Africa, they would be AMAZED

From what I have heard, he and another gentleman are buying up all the high end guns sold at the big auctions.
I believe the other one is Lock, Stock and Barrel.

While never dealing directly with any of the principals of the company before I have nonetheless bought several items and some ammunition from this organization and have never found any reason for concern about them. For my purposes they provided what they advertised exactly as advertised at a fair price.
