I was thinking more along the lines of sxs's as I have seen more long barreled o/u 20's than I have sxs's.

I think a lot of the AyA 453 and #2 guns that John Boyd has, have 29" barrels which seem like a nice length to me.

I have a 16 Sterlingworth with 32" barrels. It is in excellent shape. I guess the first owner could not figure out what to do with it either.

I've had a 32-inch A-Grade Ansley H. Fox 16-gauge for years that I got from Randy Shuman. It is the real ticket for a certain Dove pass near Mt Jackson, Virginia. Not much good at all when they are swooping into water late in the day.

I have an X grade 20/16 gauge Fox with a set of 30" barrels in each gauge and it is a great dove, duck gun but too long in barrels for me to quail hunt with! The 16 barrels installed makes the gun a couple ounces less in weight than 20 gauge barrels installed. Bobby

Has anyone else heard that M21's with 30" barrels don't shoot well? Something about barrel flip with 30" tubes.
