This one, too: http://www.doublegunshop.com/forums/ubbt...true#Post477142Not limited to SXS, just stupid (according to Dr. Sane) 16 gauge guns. The steak lunch is worth more than $60, and there will be some spectacular guns present, and, some that aren't, since, my lowly Nitro and I will be there. Best, Ted

Thanks for the plug, Ted. We will have lots of sxs there. Last year the most ubiquitous Gun was a Model 12. Hoping the A5 boys try to make a better showing this year. Regards, Jeff

July 15 SxS shoot at Woods & Meadows near Warrens, WI. Quality sporting clays course and it's always well attended. 100 targets & lunch. (Lunch after the first 50.) I think the price is still $50 or thereabouts. W&M took the shoot over some years back and they always find a spot for it on the 2nd or 3rd Saturday in July. https://www.woodsandmeadow.com/events-schedule

Dave, it was somewhere else prior to Woods & Meadows? That must go back before the turn of the century, I think!

Dave, it was somewhere else prior to Woods & Meadows? That must go back before the turn of the century, I think! Geoff Roznak and I actually started this shoot back in about '99 or 2000? It's low maintenance with no greeters or door prizes. If any of the shooters seem loud and/or unsophisticated they are most likely friends of mine. (or it might be me!) The shoot is on autopilot now. Wood & Meadow puts it on the July calendar and I mention it here and at 16a.com.

Good shoot for sure--in spite of the two guys who started it! And W & M is a good course.
