Hello everyone. I've been otherwise occupied and away from the board for a while. I'm working on a short documentary on the prairie ecosystem. As part of the location shooting for that project I spent some time in a blind on private property over a Greater Prairie Chicken Lek or booming ground. Here are some links to some of the still photography of the GPCs. Most of the images are of males displaying, but there is one image of a pair mating. Great photos! I once visited my prairie duck shooting grounds one summer to fish for walleye. Driving my usual scouting routes, I come upon a couple of Sharp-tail Leks. Their display is similar to your Prairie Chicken pix...Geo
