Can someone in the know tell me what happened to the Internet gun club. It was a great resource .Last time I was a member we had trouble with the server and it never reappeared.

The new web site has just gone live. Same URL.
Inevitably there are some teething problems which John is sorting. But the hope is it shall prove more reliable. There is a new forum format which should be much better than the old one.

Sorry , but it appears to be as bad as ever.
I have tried for three weeks to renew my membership (annually since the beginning) and it just rejects any form of contact .

I just joined without a hitch and logged in. Found more about William Ford than I had previously known including many trade label copies and the dates used.
Old and sneaky will beat young and eager every time.

As I said in my earlier post, there have been teething problems. there may even be more! However, the boys have been working hard and should have fixed the gremlins now.

Update.
After trw's post above , I spent a little time plugging away at registering .
Got a very nice email from John the owner, who could not have been more helpful.
Hopefully now , with input from us collectors and enthusiasts the site will grow and the data base of historical notes will expand.
As a further incentive , the moderator does say if you have a particular maker you wish to find more information about , he will research the archives on your behalf.
