I enjoyed meeting some great people here, but there are at least 5 individuals that make this forum very toxic. They take over threads with their own politics and hate of each other.
I don't blame Dave for not wanting to police these people, but at the same time this place is completely lawless.
I am too naive in asking that these individuals keep the discussions focused on double guns?

this forum only becomes toxic if one allows it...
this place is like the rest of life...it can be as bad or good as you perceive it...
live, learn and listen...
and above all, if you cannot be happy with others...then at least be happy with yourself...
keep it simple and keep it safe...

Some people are simply ignorant, silly, or trolling and that is a fact of life here. Appeals to better conduct is useless. Free speech is good thing, but you dont have to listen to the people you have identified as bothersome. They will not change. The good stuff here outweighs the bother and you can minimize that with ignore.
