According to the tables in the two-volume set The Parker Story there were 14,446 16-gauge VH-Quality Parker Bros. doubles produced. Over half had 28-inch barrels. No breakdown by year or by extractor or ejectors.

IDK about 1916, but I had a 16ga VHE (ejectors) Skeet Gun (chokes marked IN/OUT) that had 26" factory bbls, single trigger, a beavertail FE and a straight grip to a checkered butt, which was made in 1937 (the Remington era).
