I would like to have a leather butt pads added to my Grullas checkered Butt stock. Does anyone have recomendation where to have this done? Im in southern Indiana.

There used to be someone who advertised that he could put a leather covered pad on a gun atop a checkered butt, or a butt with heel and toe plates, and it would not damage the original configuration if one wanted to remove it someday. They looked very nice, but I cannot recall who he was and don't have any idea if he is still in business or not.

Actually Stan, I know who you are referencing and it's another guy who's name escapes my "great" memory. I do think he no longer is doing this work, however. Mr. Flynn was my recommendation because his work is superb. He does a good bit of work for Steve Barnett.
