Natchez seems to be moving in the right direction as far as prices, sales, and shipping rates.
I've caught a couple fair deals on rifle and pistol bullets and a couple other free shipping promotions.
Credit where credit is due. They have usually been prohibitively expensive on shipping, but apparently intend to have a shot at the void left by the unfortunate sale of Gamaliel.
I wish them luck. Cabela's has become utterly useless, and we need somebody to keep Graf's honest.
Competition is essential.

Crow Shooting Supply. Web merged into Brownell's.
I understand the store still exists as Gamaliel, but my news may be old.
They were always extremely nice to me, as is Graf's for that matter.

The A Holes at Natchez won't sell to a Tennessee resident.

They won't sell to a GA resident, either. Couple years ago I did an end-around on them and had an order shipped to my buddy in SC. Why they will sell to SC and not GA is a mystery to me.

Stan, Brownell's bought them. But I understand they are back in business but have some non compete restrictions which are still in force. I liked them because they had a steady supply of reasonably priced wads, primers and powder. Do not know if they will ever be back on line entirely like they were before. I can only hope so. The are a long drive away from me but I might need to make a road trip this Spring.

Natchez apparently views selling to the same customer base their wholesale customers do as competing with themselves.
I'm simply looking for someone reasonable to deal with other than Crow whom I consider to have destroyed a very satisfactory long time shooting gear supplier.
These mergers (read leveraged buyouts) are never good for the customer.
