6.4lbs. Francis Davie of Elgin Scotland, nice wood for a provincial gun maker the stripping wraps around the stock from breech to butt end! I really enjoy it!

I've been hunting resident Woodcock so far. The October moon is upon us with favorable winds so the flights should be coming. We have been having hard frosts at night so that is a plus.
Here's hoping that you run into them!

Weve been out all week. I was hoping with the Hunters moon we would have a few come in, but nada. Those two were residents.
