I have been doing a lot of reading here and on other sites about oil and varnish finishes for gun stocks because I am considering refinishing a William Evans BL I recently picked up. In researching some of the chemicals needed, I came across an interesting supplier that is right here in my back yard - Milwaukee, WI. They are a very small shop that specializes in finishes for violins and other wood instruments and have many very unique products. Products I have never heard of or seen before. I spoke to the gentleman that owns the business and he seems knowledgable and was very willing to offer advice.

I just thought some of you guys, that like to tinker with finishes, might enjoy looking at this website and perhaps they may be a good source of products and information.
