I cant read any importer information on the tubes, so, could be? There are some nuances of style in the border engraving that seem to go with 60s vintage guns, which, is the correct era, but, who knows. Im not a fan of those nuances, by the way, some well cut scroll would be my preference. Since they arent making them anymore, preference might need to have some wiggle room, if you want to use and own a Darne.
The gun appears to have a shrunken buttplate (they all do) and the varnish that was applied to the action has yellowed. Id guess it is due for a strip and clean, it isnt a tough job, but, that doesnt mean just anyone should do it.
Really decent shape and price for a sub gauge V gun.
