My day for looking at unusual guns. This is an interesting French gun. Probably one of the best safety systems I have seen on a gun. Not sure if the lever returns to its original position after cocking and if so then cocking indicators would have been nice. Not to pop your bubble, but, everything about that gun says “Belgium “ to me-action, name, proofmarks.
