After two years of Covid shutdown the Bray's Island Outdoor and Shooting Exposition will be once again held, next month, from Friday April 8 through Sunday April 10. I received an email containing the notification and description, this morning. 100 bird sporting clays shoots on Friday and Saturday, with the Saturday shoot being for S X Ss.

This has always been a fun day's shooting and looking/shopping. Glad to see the return of it.

How do you get an invite?

The way the email I received reads, it is open to "guests" (as opposed to "owners") on those days. All I've ever had to do was tell the security guard at the gate that I was going to the expo and they let me in. He always asks if I know how to get to the site of the expo. They don't want people driving around all over the place hunting for it. I've always pulled my cart behind my truck on a trailer and have never been asked to show an invitation (paper or email).

You might send an email to bir@islc.net and request an invitation. That is the address my email originated from. Let me know if that email address doesn't work to send. I may have another in my contact list.

I was looking at the vendor list for the Southern and did not see Barnett or Country Pursuits listed as a vendor.

Mike, I copied and pasted the above list of exhibitors for Brays Island from the email I received. Steve Barnett is certainly on there. Don't know anything about Country Pursuits. I don't know about the Southern.
