Aside from looking horrible it won’t fit in the stock. When I asked the Smith about it he told me he didn’t know my inletting was not round. When I said my inletting aside have you ever seen an octagon barrel not indexed at 12 o’clock? He replied, “yes tons of them” boldly and confidently. ?$&@!!?$&
