That was a Model marking of Forehand (& Wadsworth) Arms Co.

If so,
The set could be from either a 'New Model Hammer gun' or a 'New Model Hammerless', I'm not all that familiar with the difference in the bbl sets. Probably the Doll's Head is different but that's just a guess.
The shotgun frame would be marked 'Forehand Arms Co' , their last name iteration. The change to Forehand Arms Co from Forehand & Wadsworth Arms Co coming in 1890.
Forehand Arms started making both in the 1890/1892 time period and discontinued them both in 1902

For a Hammer Gun, the ser# would likely be in the mid 1890's production (my guess). They made 10,000 of them

For a Hammerless gun, the ser# likely right near the end of their production of only around 3300 guns.

Just my guesses, especially the mfg dates.

The barrel lug is all wrong for any Forehand or Forehand & Wadsworth I've ever recorded. The barrel lug looks similar to, but not exactly like, the lug on Ithaca's Lefevers and Westerns. The rib extension looks similar to the Forehand.

F&W and Forehand Arms Co manufactured the Model 99 boxlock Hammergun. I believe that is what these barrels are from.
Hopkins & Allen continued the lug and barrel extension in their line.

thanks to all for satisfying my idle curiosity....the barrels appeared to be of reasonable quality and the model 99 designation was not a familiar one.

as is customary, the resources of this website have proven their worth once again.

best regards,

tom
