OP shrapnel Sidelock Joined: Feb 2018 Posts: 117 Likes: 202 Bozeman, MT	This is an extremely scarce Winchester 1885. It has several special order features that make it unique. Shotgun butt, double set triggers, takedown, checkered, 25-35 caliber, sling screw eyes and it letters as such. The bore is sharp and the rifle shoots great. I hop[e to get a deer or antelope with it this fall. I got a couple prairie dogs at 100 yards with it already... Montana seems to me to be what a small boy would think Texas is, listening to Texans..John Steinbeck

HalfaDouble Sidelock Joined: Oct 2016 Posts: 284 Likes: 25	Wow! A specialist, no doubt. I'm enjoying mine on a Stevens 44 1/2 with a BRC barrel and using a 120 grain Mos mould. A bit of trivia, the 25-35 is a favorite in the deep south for shooting fish!
