shooters have been struggling with the unreliabity of this abomination for seems like a hundred years or more...
even the fine parker repros, built with this feature, are flawed with the same problem...
seems like its past time for some body to market a drop in retro kit, which includes a reliable, proven single trigger system...
the kit should include instructions, such that even a novice hobby gunsmith could install it...

Congrats, ed. You are about 100 years too late.
Also, if you want it reliable, I’d think a drop in retrofit to doubles triggers, would be more satisfactory.
Single triggers, of all persuasions, are overrated. Prove me wrong.
Best, Ted

fact is, many doublegon shooters prefer single triggers...
a very successful ibm hardware salesman once replied when axed what was his secret to success...
"sell erm what they want"
keep it simple and keep it safe...

there are many non parker single trigger designs that work fine...
the parker trigger, even after being improved, is the only one that remains notorious...
keep it simple and keep it safe...

I had a D-grade pigeon gun with a single Parker trigger. Never gave a moments problem.

wish we could awl say that...sounds like a lovely gon...
things i have heard and seen:
problem of not cycling to fire second barrel is most common...
a cleaning and lube is the first go to fix...
problem seems to occur most often with guns that have sat for years, without use...
20's seem more prone to malfuction than, 12's and 16's...
what has been your experience with parker single triggers...
keep it simple and keep it safe...
