Looking for a 12 ga. low pressure load for ruffed grouse using IMR PB for 2 3/4". Lots of low pressure loads on the Hodgdon site but I thought others here might have a favorite.
Thanks!

I use 19 gr Pb in a AA or STS hull and 28 gm shot for about 1140 ft/sec and 6500 psi or less. It will kill Birds very well.

I have a table of low pressure loads for 12 ga. PB or SR7625 are the main two powders for AA hulls. PM me with a mailing address and I will send a copy to you.

Garywms, I didn't get a PM. I don't think that function works on this board. Please post an email address and I'll contact you directly. Dave

The Claybuster "Lightening" wads have a yellow list of different loads that you can use. The PB loads generate 5600P.S.I and are very comfortable.
