I'm not seeing them anywhere online. Everything's now 2 3/4-inch.

Lloyd,
Kent certainly makes them, but as with everything else, they are out of stock everywhere. I've been using Fiocchi and Rio 12 ga. 2 3/4" 7/8 at 1200 fps as a substitute until the 2 1/2" are available again.

Kent Canada (25 min from my house and I go there) says they don’t expect to have any of the 2 1/2” Elite this year. Not that they are dropping them, just none this year. That sounds to me like they have higher priorities for some of the components.

Mike,
Thanks for the update. I notice that they are 7/8 oz. instead of their other 3/4 oz. loads, all the better!

Yeah I couldn't get them to tell me if they would have 2 3/4 bismuth up there this year either

I picked up a flat of these at the Southern SxS and shot them there, but and man, they were hot. I would not recommend them for vintage guns.

Owen: are you referring to the 2 1/2" Kent Elites or the Gamebore EVO loads?
This is from 2018 and I can't find more recent data
Kent Elite 2 1/2” 12g E122L20-8 Training Target 3/4 oz. at 1200 fps; 6700 psi
Kent/Gamebore English Field 12g
2 1/2” 1 oz. Traditional Paper - 1295 fps - 6526 psi
2 1/2” 1 oz. Pure Gold - 1295 fps - 7832 psi
2 1/2” White Gold XLR 21gm (3/4 oz.) - 1250 fps - 7975 psi

Drew: I pulled out a box and actually what I shot and found hot was the Kent Gamebore Regal Game Fiber Wad 7.5, 2 1/2, 1 oz. 12ga. It was not marked EVO on the box.

I purchased a flat of the Gamebore EVO shells. Tried them in my Lang and the first shots at each station I could not open the gun. It would take a few seconds to open the gun. This happened at each station.
They are HOT loads and you could see the fiber wads coming out when they were shot.
I also purchased some of the Kent 3/4 ounce loads and never had any issues,
I also have some Caledonion shells and the are over 1200 FPS but never experienced the problem I had with the Gamebores.
