Looking for a copy of Black Powder Magazine (Journal of the Muzzle Loading Association of Great Britain).
Specifically, I'm trying to locate an article on William Powell & Son Summer 2014 issue.

There are some on ebay but they may not be what you're looking for. As they maybe US publications.

Have you tried the Muzzle Loaders Association direct? https://www.mlagb.com/

They may have back copies, or have the journal archived on line.
