"When will deliveries begin?: The full swing of deliveries commences in February, 2008. When you order your gun we will give you a 60 day window to the best of our ability as to when you will receive it."

Has anyone received this estimate? I received my receipt and there was no such estimate. I don't want to call, but, if I am supposed to have a time frame, I would like to know what that is.

I'm hoping for mine before September of 2008. I was the first phone order 11/1. Time will tell.

This is the response I received from CSMC regarding my gun order. It seems these guns will be delivered sooner rather than later.

I placed my order on Nov.7 and it looks like a very short wait, unlike the first gun.

Incidentally, I don't think I waited any longer for my single trigger RBL than comparable double trigger guns. It was 18 months and was worth the wait.

This time, I have opted for double triggers since I don't put a premium on a single trigger. The only option I have is a BTFE. Barrels get very hot in the summer shooting sporting clays or skeet. Also, I like a little more meat on a smaller gauge...personal preference.

End of February or in March you should receive your gun.

Thank you very much, if there are any other questions please feel free to ask.

#11 RBL 20 was a single trigger gun. Tony has the production line going so should not be as long a wait.

Interestly, they list the 26"bbls as being skeet/IC, yet, the IC and the Mod chokes have the same constriction, i.e., .016".What are the chokes? They can't have the same constriction and, at the same time, be different choke designations.

The chokes are approximately:

Right/Left

26" - .006"/.016"

28" - .016"/.0235"

30" - .016"/.0235"

Skeet 2 = Light Mod?

If I had my druthers, I'd go .018"/.028". Good to know the orders will be delivered faster than the 20's have been. I'm STILL waiting for my PIF 12/05 RBL-20.
