I'm surprised no one has bid on the Parker Repro 28 Ga yet.

Doesn't $4300 seem like a very good price for a Repro 28 in excellent condition?

Thanks

I is a good price. However, even though it's a dumb reason, most folks are hung up for 28" barrels and double triggers, which are great, but if one really wants a 28 gauge Parker Repro it should not be a deal breaker. They are a treasure, no matter the setup.

Having had problems with one Repro SST, I would definitely prefer the DT--and they're likely to bring more money simply because there aren't as many of them. 28" barrels . . . I like them on most guns, especially smallbores, but I don't like what they call "M/F" on those barrels in 28ga. 020/040 is M/F in a 12ga, not a 28ga--and I've measured several sets of Repro 28" 28ga barrels, and that nonsense seems to be standard.

That being said, I agree that's a very good price for a 28ga Repro in that condition, regardless of configuration.
