Michael Petrov Sidelock Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 6,881 Alaska	I believe that both numbers are Niedner barrel numbers. No. 193 would have one of the first barrels made in 1922. No. 422 would have been made in the middle of 1924. There are many Niedner numbers with one or more of the numbers turned sideways or even upside down. Who ever did the stamping of these obviously had a problem with them. MP Sadly Deceased as of 2/17/2014

Somewhere along the line Whelen had Adolph restock it. Still looking for the pictures. MP Sadly Deceased as of 2/17/2014
