I have asked the appropriate people and have the following information on these Companies.
There are no records or other archive for Tolley. What there was was destroyed in the bombing raids on Birmingham during WW2 .
Bozzard , the company was founded by Phillip Bozzard Bedingfield. The later guns may have born the name Bozzard Bedingfield .All guns made by Bozzard appear to be in the 8000 serial number range .Some guns bearing the name Bozzard on the rib only that were retailed by them may have had other serial numbers, but this is not certain. The high grade guns were nominated "Simplissimus" there was a heavy live pigeon hammer gun "The Hurlingham" and a later 28 bore was advertised as "The Little Wonder".There again no existing records or sales ledgers .
I hope this will help those who have asked about these companies in recent posts.

Gunman:
You pose a curious reference. I have always seen the name spelled as Bozard. But perhaps there's a firm that used two "Zs" in its name.
