I visited with Rosalie this past fall and was reminded of my old friend and what he gave me. By the way, more of the Bill Wise story and more about the surfing and the bikinis can be seen on his website, billwisesurfs.com Yes, not only were Bill and Rosalie pioneer Hobie dealers on the MD-DE coast, but they were makers of the first bikinis seen on the East Coast. That is a great way to start the day! Bill was a treasure and is missed. All Good, definitely All Good.

WTS, thanks for the post. I am fortunate to have met, and spent some time with Bill & Rosalie. Bill touched everyone he met, and Rosalie is simply an angel.

Just bringing this up again so those who haven't heard Bill's voice can click the link and listen. Go to billwisesurfs.com to see what all the fuss concerning our friend and fellow poster is all about. OK, I was Bill's friend and spent my childhood and teen years on the Delaware shore, but somehow we both found interest in Lindner Dalys and pigeon matches, and our wives could be twins. So forgive me. Enjoy.

Larry,

It was reading those exchanges with Bill talking about the Belgian guns that originally piqued my interest. I do wish I could ask him many questions that I still have. He had more knowledge than any of the books I have read on the subject.

I too was fortunate to be able to meet Bill and his lovely bride. He had recently written Indian Giver and printed out a copy of it and signed it for me. He was truly a "Best" in every sense of the word. He is greatly missed.
