Saw a good one today . Choke wouldn't come out . Soak it in vinegar the poor man was recommended ,so he did. Choke still wont come out , but all the barrel black has come of beautifuly .

Maybe he could try heating it with an oxy-acetylene torch to cherry red and have the barrels come apart too?
That vinegar probably rusted it further too.

What about cutting that section right off the end of bbl?
Then you can work at it from the other side.

freeze it, then put it over a steaming kettle until very hot. then before it cools, try your choke tube wrench. if that fails, then seek professional help.
keep it simple and keep it safe...

Tap the choke tube left hand thread, screw in a bolt and unscrew choke.
Or make up a bread, sugar, and iodine poultice and draw it out overnight.

I only had one that was fairly stuck; a Briley thinwall. A little too much torque with the wrench they provided and it split the full length. It came out fairly easily then.
