That's great, thanks for posting the pictures.
I'm still shooting the first .22 I ever shot circa 1956 ;-).

Normally during shooting season I take a single-shot to the range and a bolt gun. This year I have been playing with my bolt guns and needed a Schuetzen fix. Took out "Old Reliable" my Niedner-Wills Ballard, I've been shooting this rifle for around thirty years. A .32-40 that is throated for the 185-gr Hudson two-diameter bullet. Sorry for the dark picture, the flash would not work..operator error.

I slipped off the the range this morning, it was overcast and dark and the everything was darn hard to see....my alibi. This is my restored G&H No. 119, half-octagon round barrel and "Pike" set trigger.

Good work Michael! I'm down to my last remnants of 155 grain Noslers. On average they have not performed as well as the 168's. A new batch of 150 Sierra Match loaded up for tomorrows MBA match. New gun and new loads should prove interesting.
As for me, I hope this thread continues. I'm always very interested in how a (any) rifle performs with the particulars listed.

Michael, I don't remember if I sent you those Sierra 155's or not. A few notes about them: Most of them are shot out of 30" barrels. The Sierra 155gr. Palma has very short parallel sides. Typically it is shot in 1:13 twist. In sporting rifles the results are usually great, as are yours, in a particular rifle. Or lousy. They shoot pretty good out of a 30" .308 1:13 Krieger in Lapua brass, with 46.1gr. of Varget and a Winchester LR primer.
