Word on one of the duck forums is that this stuff gives very good penetration and lousy patterns. The gripe about the patterns was that it doesn't open up much. Rumor is that it has been discontinued.

That's 7.81 lbs of 15 g/cc tungsten shot for a $170.00 or $21.77/lb. delivered. It would be worth buying it even if one dumped the shot out and reloaded it. Tungsten shot usually sells for about $50/lb. and higher. 2 and 4 are overkill in size for tungsten shot. #7-9 are devastating for wild turkeys. #2-4 will shoot through a Canada goose. It is tight-shooting shot but one doesn't want to shoot it out of granddad's Parker.
