Hi Joe and thanks, according to seller the bbls have not been sleeved, but reblackened. I don't see and address on the rib, so it may have been rebarreled long ago. Will find out soon.

Greg Better hope they didn't 'hot' blacken damascus barrels. From the photos I'd bet the butt stock isn't original to the gun.

Greg, if you can post close up pictures of the proof marks on the barrels we may be able to determine if they are new barrels or blacken damascus originals. Quality gun and surprisingly light for the period. Lagopus.....

I would bet that the gun has been rebarreled, just a gut feeling.
If you look at how the gun is choked, tighter than most guns of this period. But, who knows, I will when she gets here.

Very nice gun. The only concern that I'd have is the thin wrist. Looks as if the checkering had benn worn smooth and then recheckerd. be careful with her.
