I placed and absentee bid on an item that was in their Nov. 17th auction. My bid was placed a day before the auction.
The bid was higher than the winning bid and I did not win the auction.
When I called to see what the deal was, I was told by the fella I talked with that it happens a couple of times every auction. He acted like it was no big deal and was business as usual.
Anyone ever had this happen to them?
All he could do was blame ArtFact for the problem, however, they are the company listed on Amoskeag's site to use for an absentee bid.
Won't be using their service anymore.
