I am deeply involved in a project that uses the Magtech all brass 20 gauge cases. I am looking for a shell holder for these shells that will fit a single stage reloading press. Does anyone out there know where I can get such a thing? I know someone makes them for cowboy action shooters. I would also buy one for 28 gauge shells by the same maker.
Thanks,Bob

I think RCBS will make most things for their presses.

I found a 10,16, and 20 on eBay, believe it or not. The 12 you can still buy from RCBS.

What do you mean by "shell holder" ? And what press ? If a Mec, you don't need anything. I've reloaded Magtechs on a 600jr and 650's. You can even deprime and prime with a homemade deprime punch and a bushing in the prime station. If loading BP use a 46A bushing - throws about 75grs.

Thanks to all of you that responded. I found some for sale at CH4D. They were reason ably priced at $20.75. Bob

You may find a rifle case shell holder with the same size. I use a .577 Sneider or .450/577 shell holder for 24 bore Magtech cases and the one I use for the .410 cases is, I think the 45/70 one. RCBS or such like may have one that fits but marked up for another size big game rifle case. Lagopus.....

The shellholder from Buffalo Arms is from CH/4D. That is about the average price for shellholders made for very large rimmed cartridges, such as the Snider. Let us know how it goes.
