I recently sent a certified check for a 20 gauge B grade Lefever. It was either to be sent to me or delivered to me at the Las Vegas show. I heard from another Lefever collector that it was being shopped around the floor at the show. I caught up with the seller who admitted to doing so saying she hadn't yet cashed my check. Since it was certified and this was Saturday night I couldn't confirm. She never showed up Sunday as promised.

Seller: Kathleen Smith doing business as Ms K's Fine Jewelers of St George Utah.
I am giving her 48 hrs to send the gun or the uncashed cashiers check or the gun. She is not an FFL and the gun is post 1898.
As we all know BATF can be nasty.
