Measuring a 12 Ansley Fox sear spring and an Ansley Fox 20 and 16 sear springs, they all measure the same size. Same for the Sterlingworths.

Savage guns may be different...?

I do believe Savage guns to be the same as well and are interchangeable with Philly guns.

EDITED

Just trying to be helpful and answer the question but I should have known better on this site. Technical information I posted has been removed. I don't have time nor interest to continue justifying my replies or to correct misinformation. Along with wondering why I even tried to help.

Mr. Silvers.....

As a Fox expert, you should know to line up the screw holes as they would be when mounted, then you will see that the leg radius' are identical, or have very little variation.

Your picture shows the legs in different radius' than when lined up properly, i.e., you are measuring the end of one leg with the beginning of another leg, the legs taper towards the center.....line up the screw holes and take another picture...

Sorry someone marked you down, but I see you took out your revenge on me, hope you have a warm day.

between the two legs where the screw hole is..... crazy .....

Looks like it could be rust on yours as per your picture ? The ones I measured were the same.....

BTW, not necessarily Fox springs, but many new parts come with "some fitting may be required" labels and some don't.....

You're welcome for the stars, I figured you needed your stars since you're whining.....

EDIT 9:30am eastern: back again to 2 stars. Must be nice to have time to play games.

If it wasn't directed at Mr. PA24 then why did you even include it in your post? How about a game of "Go Fish"? Got any threes? crazy
