I bought a used and abused Aya matador from a gun show a few years back as a project gun ( used to have one when I was a kid but it was stolen) now I am having a heck of time finding parts.

The biggest issue that needs attention is what I believe is called(???) the "selector rocker" it looks like someone took a file to it so that now it will only fire if the left (tighter) barrel is selected first.

I have been chasing my tail for this part. Numrich appears to be out and bob's gun parts isn't answering his emails ... and for the record I have been pretty patient with good old bob but I have my limits.

I am about at the point where I am thinking about making one myself... which I would rather not since its trigger related... or having the barrels opened so the left side is more open than the right and forgetting about the selector but I really don't like that non solution either.

any and all help would be appreciated.

Have you tried AYA direct? I needed a part for one of their older doubles last year and they had it in stock. They have an email address but I no longer have it.

Hello AB,

Maybe these chaps in Scotland can help you:

Best,

JC

P.S.: I had a good experience dealing directly with AyA. JC
