Who said reasonable accommodation is equality, Ken? Multicultural societies require reasonable accommodation of the other. One size does not fit all the same way. Define "Reasonable Accommodation" and provide an example of it.
I prefer wood to plastic, leather to nylon, waxed cotton to Gore-Tex, and split bamboo to graphite.

Not for nothing Canada again voted as having the world's best reputation in global survey by the Reputation Institute; I don't think it has ever been below second.
