Yes, and you will need Euro primers, they will last 2 to 3 reloads. ANY 28 gauge hull is worth reloading Mike fun reading http://www.shotgunworld.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=256012

John, You might give Ballistic Products, Cochoran, MN a call. Their "Advantages" handbook lists 75 or loads for 28 ga. Fiocchi hulls but oddly no RIO loads. They also sell a small bore handbook, ask 'em if they have RIO loads for 28ga. in that book. Downside, their loads are designed around their wads. That said, a handbook and 500 wads would only set you back the cost of 2 or 3 boxes of factory stuff. If you're set up load 28's you'll save a ton.

John, I reload them and use the same components as for AAHS.
Rio/Fiocchi/Cheddite hull Nobel Sport/Fiocchi/Cheddite primer 13.1 grains Unique Claybuster CB5034-28HS wad 3/4 ounce of shot
They load nicely and don't require any special effort with my Sizemaster. The crimps are slightly dished but no shot has ever escaped from my loads.
I have a goodly supply of these given to me so I load them once and toss.

I have a friend that loads them for grins. He uses his 9000G, Unique, AA209, AA 28 red (HS) wads and 3/4 oz of shot. Crimps can be marginal but they break clay targets. bill

Watch for loose base wads.
