Not a bad looking gun at all. Where is the other trigger? Best, Ted

Note how CC on nicely engraved receiver blends nicely with stock quality/finish, just lovely.

I really like it. Is it just me or does it seem like CSMC toned down the finish on the guns? They were a little too glossy for me before, but yours looks fantastic.

This is the finest one so far IMO. I have seen the other pictures and even held one in my hands, but was not impressed until now.
Happy shooting,

The finish has been toned down significantly. A friend of mine has one in the 230s with a glossy finish. Doesn't like it nearly as well as what I received. The case coloring on mine matches particularly well with the fullness of the wood color. haven't shot it yet, but no complaints so far.

Congratulations, another nice looking RBL. Funny how they seem to get delivered in batches to folks on this board and then a dry spell.
Nothing like a new toy to play with, enjoy it!

By and far the nicest finish on any I've seen. First one I wish I had!

Woodcocker -- Did you request no barrel engraving before they stopped offering it optional?

If I could be guaranteed one with finish as nice as yours I'd get one.
Congratulations!

Along with my trusty Red Setter and this new RBL, I think that we'll give those woodcock a run for their money this fall.
