I inquired about a Frank Malin boxlock. Roy Hebbes had indicated on here that he had seen the Malin boxlocks being made at the revived W.C. Scott Tame Rd facility in the 80s. Since Gallyon & Sons hold the Scott records I emailed them.
I received a prompt response (next business day) from Richard Gallyon. He confirmed the gun had been exported to Malin from the Scott factory. There wasn't much data available beyond the ship date and the fact it shipped 'in the white', so there was no request for payment for the information.
It was nice to receive such a prompt and courteous response, especially since payment wasn't involved.
