Great thread. Is there anything more gracefull than finely sculpted hammers? W.S. Riley Just got it, haven't had time to clean it up. Anymore ideas on the smoke stack ?

One armed shooter is my guess...only because I've seen some strange adaptive equipment on other doubles...maybe a right arm only shooter...just because you've been in a battle were arms and legs were scatterd about, doesn't mean you have to surrender your right to hunt...especially in Germany, were most adaptive guns seem to originate from ...this is what you're gun looks like if you get frost bit

Mr. Wood-
My PM function doesn't seem to be working.
Please email me @ hfn_03570@yahoo.com.
Thanks
And Mr. Harrell, how does your Westley open? Is it a conversion from percussion, or was it made that way? Neat gun.

I think it is a conversion but a very knowledgeable double gunsmith says it was made that way. It has a lot of muzzleloader features. The barrels are by Needham. That's the biggest reason that I think its a conversion. Push the lever down and it opens the barrels and half cocks the hammers.

Did you notice... no conventional triggers on the frost bite gun?

The hammer looks like a percussion pill hammer. I'll have to look it up when I get home to confirm.
