Yeti and Jack have to be two of the most congenial people I have met on this board. I find no fault in them . As for lost revenue and productivity of SSM. It can't be a very big publication, I don't think corporate H.Q. is in Mid-Town Manhattan. Isn't it run out of Ralph's basement?
