I hope Alaska sends Murkowski packing at the first opportunity. She appears to have taken up the mantle left by the death of John McCain. Agree on both counts. JR She and the other usual suspects just aren't worth the hoops that the party has to jump through, but in this situation, she came through with a huge present vote.

Ruth Bader-Gingburg is not going to retire. She is going out feet first. Problem for her is she is 85 years old and has had cancer two times. So it becomes a contest of last person standing, her or the President. My money is on him or his successor.
I am so happy these shrill, screaming, crying, flakes, who went nuts over this nomination will not be rewarded with seeing him fail to get in. Now if the backlash for the Democratic behavior harms their election chances as much as it looks like it might I will be a very happy person.

No not at all Frank. Does not bother me in the least he is on the court. Good for gun rights. Democracy at work....kinda ugly, like making sausage but I think our system is a good one. It will all work out in the end.
