Good job Danny, that looks great. Anybody have any pictures of Sedgley? He must have had short stubby fingers the way he brought the comb nose so far forward and as close as the grip is on his rifles.

Sedgley quit cataloging the Krag sporter in the mid-30s and never did catalog a Mannlicher model. Plus the standard Krag sporter had a Lyman 34 rear sight and an '03 front sight while this one has a Lyman 48 and a typical Sedgley Pacific front ramp. They did still list making stocks for Krags on their rifle alterations page so they would do custom work on Krags.

The auction was going along selling lots below the low estimate and they got to this one and started at the high estimate, it had a lot of interest.

I thought it must have a new barrel as you can't see where they plugged the orig sight holes but out of the stock it has a typical Springfield P on the bottom of the barrel so it must be an issue barrel.
