I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Mr. Harris for his extraordinary attention to detail in describing the gun, answering my questions thoroughly and with documentation, shipping in the most indestructible and secure container I have ever seen used for a gun, and bending over backwards to want me to be pleased with my purchase. It has been a perfectly enjoyable transaction, and I would recommend Mr. Harris to anyone as a fine person and seller. Most internet sellers could learn a lot from him, and his ethics.

The gun is without a doubt the gem of my meager collection of hunting guns. The pictures do not do it justice. It will be used for clays, some selected duck hunts, but most of all it will be an all-season, southern dove gun, now. It seems to fit me to a "T", but a few shots at the plate will verify that soon. I expect those chokes to be "far reaching".

Thank you again, Robert. SRH

....and 'Thanks' to the both of you: Stan, for your purchase and kind words. I suspect those late migrating, Georgia-bound doves are in for a time of it. And to you, Ted, for posting photos of this gun for me when I first listed it.

With appreciation,

Rob

Next, you need a DHE 32” .410! Wow. CSMC might be able to make you a set of .410 32” barrels for your gun?? That would be neat.

Whoooo! That would be high cotton. Actually, if cotton went to $1.25/lb................. nah, ain't holding my breath for that to happen.

What would be nice is someday having a set of 20 ga., 26" barrels fitted. Then, it could be a supremo dove/quail gun. Not really serious about that either tho', got a nice original 20 ga. Philly Fox Sterly ejector for Mr. Bob.

Best, SRH

Won’t hurt anything to check with CSMC. Might be more affordable than you think esp if you are ‘in’ with them which I’m not. Bob Cash is. Check with him. He might be able to help you swing a deal on .410 32” barrels???
