Most important to remember that if it's choked wrong for your favorite game, you won't use. It will simply sit. I speak from bitter experience.

Having shot this gun at several rounds of skeet before embarking on this upgrade project the present restrictions of .011/.018 are much too tight for its main purpose. Thus far, I have to believe Shotgunjones suggestion of .003/.007 to be about right, but perhaps a little too loose for the other uses I may have for the gun---that is the very reason I am considering a screw-in choke system.

I have not experienced the fouling and additional cleaning of screw-in chokes that another poster has alluded to, is this a real problem with all screw-in systems or can it be attributed to a specific brand of chokes or specific brand of reloading components?

Doesn't anybody like screw-ins?

You could leave it as is and substitute some spreader loads. I load them and while it takes longer to loas they do work well in a tighter choked gun.

[Doesn't anybody like screw-ins? ] NO......not on a old double anyway. I am sure you are putting this gun together for yourself to do what you want it to do but someday you might want to sell it and this is just one opinion but I bet a pretty popular one, its value will be about equal to if its barrels were wacked off with screw ins, personally I wouldn't buy one at all with them.

I went through the same reasoning with my 16Ga CSM '21' that was choked Skeet and 0.015. These chokes were fine for our clubs 5 Stand and skeet; however, the SC course that we normally shoot at keeps presenting longer targets. My barrels are now at Briley getting thin wall/flush mounted steel/tungston chokes installed. I ordered 0.005, 0.010, .015, 0.020, and 0.025 tubes. I'm not a choke fiddler. When I owned a K80 and K20, I'd screw in the chokes that I needed for the day and left them in place - it worked for me.

I have three doubles I hunt with and also use for skeet/sporting clays. Two of them are choked skeet/light modified and get the job done very well. One is a 20ga Parker the other an old 16ga Kreighoff (2 1/2" chambers and so light weight only 7/8oz loads are suitable). Both take a lot of quail, dove and last year the 20ga did just fine on South Dakota Pheasant with 1oz loads of 6s. The other double is a modern gun choked IC/Mod and is my principal skeet gun. The tighter chokes just makes me center things a little better and it also works better on sporting clays. I recommend the skeet/lt mod combination for your application.

I was told that in the recently completed event where a bunch of folks put up 5 grand each to shoot all events (sporters, 5 stand, american trap and skeet, bunker, international skeet, flyers) the winner, Digby, used the same 32" gun for all events choked M/F. Just what I have been told.
I would leave it as is at least till I shot it a bunch.

NO! At least a lot of us don't! If a gun is made with them, fine. If not, don't fix something that ain't broke. Too many good guns have been "screwed up" already with screw-ins! If you have to have choke tubes, buy a gun that is made with them. JMO, and a pretty good one!
